Joe calls for a "Republican Honor Roll" open to Republicans speaking out against Glenn Beck! The man has courage!

MSNBC morning host Joe Scarborough has taken a step the GOP & its leaders have not had the courage to do. He has openly on national television denounced Glenn Beck's methods of preaching hatred and racism. Many Americans have stated the GOP leadership should denounce this type of behavior. There has been no statements from Republicans speaking openly against conservative TV and radio personalities that many Americans consider radical, racist, divisive and are preaching hate. Joe Scarborough just stole the show and should be honored for his courage and truthfulness. Heres a quote from the courageous Joe Scarborough taken from the Huffington Post.

President Obama takes the high road...will not discuss racism.

"Should he address the concerns of racism in America? Absolutely!

There are many Americans egging the President in the direction of a discussion on racism that has reared its ugly head this last past year. Conservatives have gone overboard with the vicious talk, rallies and disgusting signs. Redneck Joe Wilson's outburst should have been the begining of the end of this madness. However, the President remained unmoved and with great reserved.

The conservative radio talk shows are just embarrassing for our country. It is such an insult in which they use the constitution as their shield. Glenn Beck post quotes from Thomas Jefferson on his very racist website, Rush Limbaugh openly speaks and admits to racism in America. He had the audacity to mention "Jim Crowe" and the return of segregation. The President will not take the bait.

He disagreed with President Carter's view and I disagree with the President. However, I am also in awe of his patience, intelligence, and grace as he handles this crisis. I salute President Carter, Norm Stamper of the Huffington Post, Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post, Keith Olberman of MSNBC, Anderson Cooper of CNN to name a few that has had the courage to speak out and address racism.

2009 is a very sad, unpredictable year for the United States. A year that should be celebrated and recognized as a historical moment with the election of an African American President has turned into a nightmare, and embarassment to our country.

Today should be a continuing memorial of 9/11, news updates of the surviors, how New York as a state is surviving after that fatal day, what is going on with ground zero. The website is set up to openly note they are for a country of the "old way" and uses the constitution in a way our forefathers did not have any intention for it to be used. During her interview she expressed her disappointment with Washingtons' politics. She talked about the disappoint her husband former President Bush had experienced in his efforts to reach across the aisle to Democrats. The former First Lady knows first hand what it feels like to be in a situation the Obama administration is experiencing.

Former President Bush signed into legislation the "No child left behind bill in 2002"the bill was shepherded through the Senate by the late Senator Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) , one of the bill's sponsors, received overwhelming bipartisan support in Congress.

The "Cat Lady" states on her lead story today, "Downplaying academic achievement in favor of left-wing radical activism in the public schools is rooted in old neighborhood pal and Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers’ pedagogical philosophy. " This statement alone confirms the fact Michelle Malkin has not read the "No Child left behind bill" signed by her hero the former President G.W. Bush.

She goes on to quote "Education Secretary Arne Duncan dispatched letters to principals nationwide boasting that “This is the first time an American president has spoken directly to the nation’s school children about persisting and succeeding in school ”. She again attempts to construe a highly educated professional's choice to endorse President Obama's speech.

She then contines to whine about open dialogue for students in reference to immigration, gay marriages, war, and the environment". Michelle Malkin should stay mum about immigration (being that she is an immigrant herself). The article is typical of the Wacko Czar of the Right-Wingers!
